The Pine Grove Elementary School Parent-Teacher Association brings you and your children many wonderful events each year and enriches the school in many ways. This is made possible by parent volunteers serving on the PTA executive board. If you would like to become part of the executive board, please talk to someone on the current board -- their names and emails are listed on our home page.

Book Fair Chairperson(s): Patricia Bouyoukas, Svetlana Yalinkilincer · Plan and run Scholastic Book Fair sale	Cultural Arts Assemblies Chairperson(s):Liz Foreman, Christina Pumphrey, Kathy Hayes, April Bagster-Collins · Research possible assemblies for the students · Schedule the cultural arts assemblies for the year
Fifth Grade Yearbook Signing Party Chairperson(s): Sheri Serio, Celia Braithwait, Susan Landry · Organize the party, including the DJ, refreshments, set up/clean up	Gifts and Flowers Chairperson(s): Kira Eyring · Purchasing cards, flowers or gifts for faculty, staff, PTA Board Members (examples: concerts, births, deaths, retirement)
Holiday Food Drive Baskets Chairperson(s): Lisa Lowman, Liz Foreman, Lisa Thurin · Coordinate with the school counselor · Send out flyers and provide a large box/container for the items · Prepare baskets for needy PGE families at Thanksgiving and Easter · Purchase turkeys/hams for baskets	Hospitality Chairperson(s): Susan Landry · Coordinate refreshments for various PTA functions: American Education Week (including the Grandparents Breakfast), Kindergarten Registration, Fifth Grade Farewell
Ice Cream Social Chairperson(s): Lisa Pawluk · Purchase ice cream, toppings, bowls and spoons · Coordinate volunteers to set up, scoop, and clean up	Kids Go Shopping Chairperson(s): Christina Pumphrey · Coordinate items to be sold at event (set up/clean up) · Help the children with purchases during event
